Summary of Pricing (2010 / 2011)
Nice I.T. will supply casual support and consulting services for $150 per hour.
Clients with a support pack will secure these services at a discounted rate of $120 per hour for excess hours. All pricing in Australian dollars and is ex tax.
All support packs will still receive the standard benefits such as remote support, onsite support, included site visits, access to our help desk system, priority phone support and personalised services.
In addition, support packs will include a dedicated planning meeting with one of our senior management personal as detailed below.
